Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using MostBuilder — Quick Estimate ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Baki Mega, operated by Muhammed Baki Yucel ("we", "us", "our").
What MostBuilder is
MostBuilder is an AI-assisted planning tool that helps homeowners estimate material quantities and work steps for common home finishing projects. It is designed to simplify preparation — not to replace licensed contractors, structural engineers, or building inspectors.
Estimates are guidance based on the information you provide. They include standard waste factors and reasonable assumptions, but they are not guaranteed to be exact. Always verify quantities before purchasing materials, especially for large or structurally significant projects.
What you provide
Using the App requires you to submit content voluntarily:
- Text descriptions of your renovation tasks via the chat interface.
- Photos you choose to attach for visual context.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not violate third-party rights, contain illegal material, or include sensitive personal information you would not want processed by an AI service. The App does not require — and should not be used to transmit — personal identity documents, financial records, or private data unrelated to your renovation project.
AI-generated content
Planning advice, material lists, and checklists are produced by artificial intelligence through OpenAI, a third-party service. While we strive for practical and realistic output, AI responses may contain errors, outdated assumptions, or incomplete recommendations. You acknowledge that:
- AI output is informational, not professional construction advice.
- Photos are used for scope understanding, not precise measurement.
- You should cross-check critical quantities and steps before execution.
- We are not liable for costs, damages, or project outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated estimates.
Third-party services
The App integrates with external providers necessary for its operation. Your use of the App also subject to the terms and policies of these services:
- OpenAI — processes your chat text and attached photos to generate planning responses. This is a third-party AI service; we do not control OpenAI's infrastructure or policies.
- Singular — provides attribution and analytics using an anonymous device identifier. No chat content or personal data is shared.
- OneSignal — delivers push notifications via an anonymous device identifier. No user-generated content is transmitted.
We are not responsible for interruptions, policy changes, or data handling practices of these third-party providers beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
No user-to-user interaction
MostBuilder is a single-user planning tool. There is no messaging between users, no shared workspaces, and no community features. You cannot send data to other app users through the platform, and other users cannot access your projects.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to plan activities that violate building codes or safety regulations in your jurisdiction.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the App or its AI integrations.
- Submit content that is abusive, harassing, or designed to manipulate the AI into producing harmful output.
- Circumvent any technical limitations or security measures.
Intellectual property
The App, its design, branding, and original content are owned by Baki Mega. AI-generated estimates created for your personal projects are yours to use for your own renovation planning, including export and sharing of CSV files with contractors. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App itself or its underlying technology.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that estimates will be error-free, that the App will be uninterrupted, or that AI responses will meet your specific project requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Baki Mega and Muhammed Baki Yucel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to material over-purchases, project delays, property damage, or reliance on AI-generated advice. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or zero if the App was free.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or discontinue features of the App at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
